Grabbing a nice cup of steaming coffee, Amy turned round to find a lonely man. Her eyes scanned the seating area until they landed on... was that Attractive Man? Reaching the man, Amy sat down opposite him. Her eyes wandered over the various features of his face. Unless she was mistaken, Attractive Man seemed a bit sad. His eyes were closed and he was just... sitting there. "You know, Attrac-Atticus," she said, in a sweet voice, "Someone with a brilliant mind once said... gorgeous people aren't meant to be sad." And with this, Amy let a smirk spread across her face and sipped her coffee in a very Amy way.

Atticus didn't notice anyone enter or sit down in the seat opposite him. He could feel himself already starting to doze off a little...until someone said his name. His eyes flew open, and he was startled to find someone sitting there - and to find it wasn't the person he had thought it was - but fortunately, he didn't jump. Just had a little mini-heart attack.

He straightened up as the young woman - Amy Lynch he thought he remembered her name was? - continued talking, but his tired brain didn't fully register what it was she was saying. That it even caught the words "a brilliant mind once said" was impressive. At least he had something to go on to continue the conversation. "Who said that?" he asked.
