Actually, yes he was. Oliver thought it was funny that he had water balloons, but one balloon probably held more water in it than his water pistols. That's right, Oliver was going to be the one walking away from this..whatever they were doing, Waylon just assumed they were going to be wetting eachother..the most wet!
Letting the tub of balloons drop carefully down to the ground in front of his feet, Waylon pulled out the slingshot from his back pocket and began tugging on the elastic band. It had been too long since he used the thing. Although, his friend's words had him pointing the slingshot in his direction. If only he would have loaded it beforehand.
"You're no fun."
And then Waylon took out his secret weapon and Oliver's mouth dropped open slightly.
1. He actually still had that thing
and..
2. That was so not fair.
Oliver looked down at his water pistol and found himself feeling slightly inadequate. Well that was easily fixed as he took his wand out and pointed it at his water pistol and
enlarging it so that it was much bigger.
"Oh I'm lots of fun." he said with a grin and giving his new pistol a few pumps and then let fly with a stream of water.
"Well don't just stand there Waylon. I presume you brought those water balloons out for a reason." Hehe.
