No. No, they weren't. She could hear a few shouts around the room of people turning other people into four's and a random variety of other numbers. Finally, someone stepped out right to the side of her, and it was all to easy to just reach out and tag them.
So she did. She tapped the girl right on the shoulder.
"Team eight!" she said.
Ella nodded at the girl, smiling.
"Well okay then!" She thought quickly how she could get the number 8.
Okay so 8+9 was 17 and 1+7 is 8. Aa-ha! She looked around saying,
"October 9th." She wasn't talking to anyone in particular, she was just excited about how quickly she was coming up with numbers now that she had some practice under her belt. She walked off to find someone to tag.
Who looks like they want to join team 8...
