Doubt it. He suppressed a tiny smile. So far he was copying what others had done. But what he wanted to know was how to go above and beyond, to raise the bar.

But what do you do when you have five great people for 3 positions? How do you narrow it down? It just seems like you're blindly guessing who'll be good and improve the most."
