Oh well. It was out anyways.
"You don't have to tell me anything you don't want to. I can understand that the reason behind your break-up seems really important to you two, even if everyone else has already told you how foolish and immature you two are being. I think you might be right about it." No. Not at all. She was just saying this to cease Ellie's tears.
Hopefully.
Ellie eyed Louisa's hand that was on her arm. And she also sounded like she was swimming in a pool of sarcasm. Why was her wound so raw? That was a very Louisa thing to ask. But Ellie just ignored it.
Appaaaarently, Ellie wasn't much sympathy from this girl tonight. She rolled her eyes a little.
"Look, I know this is just your personality and you can't help but be slightly condescending all the time... but can you please try for a little more sympathy?" Ellie was heartbroken after all. She deserved a little bit of pity. Maybe.
But, woahwoahwoah. Huh?
"I think you might be right about it." Ellie's head popped up and she eyed Louisa.
"I don't believe that for a second," she told her. Louisa never agreed with any of Ellie's logic.
