Tayla wandered around the Hogwarts grounds until she finally decided to stay at the Duck Pond, hoping to get inspiration for her Transfiguration assignment. She took out a small notebook from her bag and reviewed the instructions.
"Design a picture frame on a piece of paper. Make it as detailed as you can, to test your powers of concentration," she read aloud to herself.
"Use 'Statua Habitum' to turn the paper into the exact frame you drew. Practice as many times as it takes to get it exact. Then give the frame to a person of your choice as a gift."
She looked up from the paper and out to the pond. She didn't find it too hard to transfigure paper into picture frames - but she did find it challenging to make them look anything more than just plain white.
Tayla sat on a rock at the edge of the pond and took out a thin drawing book, a quill, and ink. She set them carefully beside her then started drawing.
At least...she was ready to start. But how exactly would she design this picture frame?
"Maybe it's a good idea if I decide who to give it to, first..." she realized.
After a while, Tayla had a sudden thought.
"I know! Ari!" Ari mentioned something about her mother remarrying and her fear that things would change between them.
"I'll design this frame for Ari and maybe she could use it to keep a special picture of her and her mother.
Tayla turned back to the paper and started to draw. A few minutes later, she put her quill down and admired her
drawing.
"I think that's good enough," she said happily.
"Ari has to remember her mother will love her no matter what..."
