As if TAKING the actual gillyweed wasn't bad enough...this water was COLD. If he got sick because of this lesson, someone was going to PAY. Alex had been healthy for nearly four years straight now, he was not about to break that record anytime soon.
His nose, fingers and toes were all starting to get numb with the cold, but he tried to ignore it as he saw up to the professors and the rest of the students. Uggh. Why couldn't they provide cool wetsuits for them too??
