And then he was sitting next to her and she shifted, turning and tucking one foot under her so she could look at him. Apparently he does know how to take a hint, she thought watching him. Astrid had climbed up her sleeve and was clinging happily to her upper arm out of the way. She listened quietly, watching his face and the wariness that lingered there. “The dead boy is you,” She stated in sync with him. “Mmm..” She scratched at her knee and was quiet for a while thinking.
She glanced up into the blocked sky of the courtyard. “How long have you been having the dream? Do you think it’s a premonition?” It was a silly question really, as Daisy could already deduce that if he was routinely having it, he probably did think it was a premonition. She wasn’t certain she believed in the full scope of Divinations. It wasn’t exactly a reliable branch of magic. However, she hadn’t spent much time researching dream-related divinations.
The moment he heard Daisy's voice in sync with his own, Damien's eyes grew wide, and he looked over at her curiously. So far she wasn't thinking he was a nutter, but he hadn't exactly gotten into the
full story at this point. This was just the insane nightmare that kept happening whenever his eyes were even the slightest bit closed. She started to ponder what he'd just tole her -- perhaps she was the one he should have been talking to all along.
A premonition? As in, Damien forseeing his own death? If that were the case, he only had months to live. "I wouldn't know either way," he said, responding to that theory. "It started over the Holiday -- the -- Summer Holiday, I mean," he added, scooting a little further away from her then. The whole reason Damien had a current bump on the back of his head was because Daisy, only moments ago, threw a rather large book that hit him dead center. The reason she was so upset was because
he forgot to meet up with her in Diagon Alley over the Summer Holiday.
"And I've had it every night since," he added. "Well -- every night I've closed my eyes in an attempt to sleep."
