I like star-gazing." Actually Roslund's class was one of the class he's excited for. "How about you, Professor?" he asked even though he could guess his answer. "Are we gonna do some star-gazing on your first class, sir?" He hoped so. Grinning at the young badger Professor Roslund nodded "Yes we will do some star-gazing in class Messer. Just maybe not in the traditional way." He winked at the boy before taking a sip of tea from the cup resting on his desk."Star-gazing has always been a small passion of mine since I was about your age and got a telescope from my grandfather." He revealed to the badger. "So how do you like Hogwarts so far Messer, made any friends?" Edvard enquired not to be nosy but to be friendly and hopefully easy to talk to even though he wasn’t a Hufflepuff professor. Quote:

It was considered...normal?
Professor Roslund seemed surprised by his request to say the least. Only why? A little taken aback by his hesitance and question, Lewis glanced down at his hands in his lap for a moment. "Well, I...need to send somebody a letter, Sir, and I don't have my own owl you see." And who else was he supposed to get an owl from? He felt like in Lewis he saw a younger version of himself, silent but thoughtful. Edvard had heard that transfers from other schools weren’t uncommon so he wasn’t surprised when Lewis told him that he had just started attending the school. "Ah owl year.." he said remembering the stressing year all too well. "I hope you make yourself a revision schedule, but don’t forget to have fun and hang out with friends, they are important."
Professor Roslund took a seat in his chair as Lewis revealed that he needed the owl to send someone a letter. Deciding to not pry since he was confident that Lewis would confide in him if he needed his help he simply said"You have my permission to use Oscar. Just give him an extra pellet or two and he’ll help you out. The owlery also houses school owls which anyone can use if you need to send another letter and don't want to bother me which i don't mind if you do by the way." He supplied the information to the fifth year thinking that he might not always want to go to a professor to get help with sending a letter. Text Cut: Louisa Quote:

Hehe, she couldn't wait to tell Vashti. "Thank you." This was pure sincere coming out as a whisper.
Why did she enjoy it? Ha! Simple. "Well, school doesn't teach us about werewolves that much. You have to buy an expensive book in order to know more about the matter. I find it really intriguing, the moon cycle affecting werewolves in a monstrous way while it mildly affects others." And the little you told Louisa about something, the more she grew eager to know more. Werewolves weren't the brightest subject to teach youngsters, thus she craved more about them.
Well, well, well... was someone being a bit embarrassed? Despite the hat on the professor's head, Louisa detected the deepening color of his ears. She suppressed a laugh and only smiled, "Oh. Well that sounds fun." She would comment on his slight tan but she didn't want him to think she was being rude. Nope.
"I hope I didn't interrupt your personal time, sir." She concluded, hinting that her visit had done its purpose. She'd LOVE to stay and enjoy the company of Edvard, being mature and important now, but he had other business and things to tend to. "No, not at all Louisa, it was nice talking to you. Come back anytime you want." Professor Roslund smiled at the fourth year before focusing his attention on the pressing letter to his sister. There were just so much one could do from a castle in Scotland. He couldn’t exactly up and leave just to sort out a mess which his sister was certainly old enough and grown up enough to fix herself. Taking his quill he scribbled in silence for several minutes totally absorbed by the issue at hand. Quote:

She went to Professor Roslund's office and knocked at the door, waiting patiently. He was so engulfed in his letter that Professor Roslund didn’t at first hear the gentle knock on his door. It was getting late, but that didn’t stop students from wanting to see him. Writing his signature at the end of the letter he folded the parchment up gently as he called out "Come on in. It’s open!" waiting to see who was there to grace his office with their presence next he plucked a liquorice wand into his mouth. Quote:

Choking on the candy as there was a second knock on the door Professor Roslund coughed for a good few moments before he hoarsely called out. "Come in, it’s Open!" wiping his eyes with a napkin he threw the remains of the liquorice wand in his trash remembering that they usually made him cough.
