He paused then, not knowing if he wanted to answer her or not -- her attitude was less than luster and he didn't feel much like dealing with her at the moment. But still -- any conversation was a good enough distraction. "Yes, I am a Hufflepuff student," he finally declared.
"Well, your face look like it belongs to someone from Hufflepuff, but your leather jacket made me nervous." Janice gave a little shudder, only visible to see by herself. "Sorry."
"Oh, okay," she answered shortly. "I'll just, err, get going then. You know, back."
Well, that was awkward.
