The snake reluctantly turned away from the fascinating squid and concentrated on whatever Professor Williamson had to say...which sounded something like..they were going swimming? Swimming..in the lake. Again? How many times must people toss her into the lake? Seriously. Along with a few other students, Cass walked over to the bags with the swimsuits in them and headed for the changing station. She pulled the thing out of the bag and was momentarily horrified. Were they seriously going to have to wear these?! Why? These look like the kind of swimsuits her grandparents would wear! But, she really didn't have a choice, did she? and so with a resigned sigh, she pulled the clingy piece of clothing on. When she was done, she pulled her outer robes over it and came out.
She then sat back down on her patch of grass, she brought her wand out and practiced the sharp jabbing motion that had been demonstrated. When she was sure she had it down to pat, she set her wand down on the grass, making sure it's within grabbing distance, and started practicing the enunciation the spell.
"Re-LASH-io" She said, keeping in mind the wand movement that went with it. "Re-lash-io...Relashio."
Yeah, well..She needed a partner now. NOW!
Beezus looked around to see if there was someone she could offer to be partners with. If Erin had been there, searching for a partner wouldn't have been a problem but it seems like her best friend was nowhere near in sight so she had to resort to another person. Just then, she saw Cassandra, the not so Slytherin fifth year.
"Cass!" she called out as she scampered over to where the girl was sitting down.
"How about I grip your arm then you jinx my hand and vice versa?" She asked with a chuckle once she was seated beside the she-snake.
