"Good day, Professor Magnus," Kurumi greeted as she made her way to her seat in the front and set her things down. She looked at the piece of paper on her desk and picked it up, holding it up to the light to see if there was any sort of hidden message on it. No such luck. Maybe they were going to do some origami? Kurumi was very good at it, especially making cranes and frogs. Perhaps they could transfigure their paper creatures into real ones? They had done the opposite last term, meaning they had transfigured a living thing into an inanimate object.
Tranfiguration! This was a quite a fun subject, and it had to be one of Nessie's favorites. It was pretty exciting and it was one of the only lessons where they actually used their wands a lot.
With her bag on her shoulder, and her
unframed picture in her hand, Nessie walked into the classroom ad smiled at the Professor as she did so.
"Morning Professor Mangus." she said with a wide grin on her face. She then looked around until she spotted Kurumi, she bit her lip and hestitated.
On the one hand she sort of wanted to go sit next to the Gryffindor prefect, as she knew how clever Kurumi was and she sort of needed help, but then on the other hand she felt like a nuisance if she did. Kurumi wouldn't mind..or would she? Ness walked over to where the Gryffindor was and put on a small smile.
"Um..Hey Kurumi, mind if I join you?" she asked biting her lip again.
