Whilst waiting for Everett to tell his story, Barty sank down into the depths of the lake a bit more, though he was still very visible to the class. "Any other questions for me, children?" he threw out. Might as well get those over with.
Eino returned the salute. Though Bartholomew's words were confusing, and left Eino unsatisfied, he didn't impose on the giant squid's kindness and good nature. Plus, he was growing a little worried and didn't wish to keep Bartholomew's tentacles out of water for too long. He heard that could cause them to dry and wither.
"Thank you very much, Sir Bartholomew Henry." He responded with a firm nod. It was only then that Eino realized he shared a name with the squid, which would definitely make easier toremember it. After making a few notes on his parchment, Eino turned his attention to Professor Scabior, who was going to turn class-time into story-time! Or else he might get smacked by a tentacle again.
