Isobel smiled at the girl.
"I like orange too; but only some oranges. And by that, I mean that I like some shades. Some shades of orange are just gross." Isobel wrinkled her nose. Some shades of orange were cool though.
Isobel smiled sadly.
"Quidditch is great," she said, trying to sound cheerful.
"Have you ever played before?" With first years, you never knew. Some came from pureblood or halfblood families and had played with their siblings or something, and others were muggleborns and had never heard of the sport before.
"I played every year so far since I came here. I was captain in the fourth year; but I was way too busy and overwhelmed last year." Kita was awesome; Isobel was super glad that she had gotten the badge after she had given it up.
"I would play this year; but I can only make it to one tryout." Hence her sad smile, and probably sad tone. Isobel was trying to look on the bright side though; she could still cheer her team on.
