Wait... She...wants to ...help him? O__o for a moment he had thought that she was going to refuse. They were playing with points and possibly a detention ..but then again, this was Thea. No other words needed hehe. "Really?" he asked , just to be sure before squealing loudly and wrapped his arms around her waist. "Thank you thank you thank youuu~!" He lifted her off the ground and did a little spin in the air.
He sat her back down when he saw two other students in the corridor. Clearing his throat, Daichi looked back at Thea and held his voice lower. So that only she could hear him. "Ehm..just...i don't know, just grab one and...i don't know!" he honestly hadn't thought about a plan. He had seen the pond, got the idea and went to find Thea for help. "Unless you know something?" he asked as he cocked his head to the side.
Thea rocked on her heels as she listened to Daichi go all flustered. Tuning out as he rambled on, she thought about what she had just agreed to help with. Well.. it was only a duck. It wasn;t as if they were going to
hurt it. Daichi just wanted it as a pet... That wasn't so bad! ..Was it? Thea wasn't bothered about losing points, or even getting a detention really. She could win points back.. and she'd never had a detention at Hogwarts before. Thea grinned. Ooh, game onnnnn. Wrinkling her nose, it was as if she could read Daichi's mind (
). She would obviously have to do the talking if they were confronted by anyone!
The Gryffindor's eyes became wide as Daichi simply gawped at her. Stiffening slightly, she wasn't really sure what was wrong with him; it was creeping her out slightly. Oh dear Merlin, he was coming closer! ARGGH. What was he do-?! Oh. Thea couldn't help but laugh slightly as the now very tall Daichi picked her up and twirled. When he set her back don she covered her mouth as she laughed. Patting down her hair, she was still smiling.
'It's fine..' she said quietly. They were just
stealing borrowing a duck. it so was not a big
ish deal!
A small crease appeared in between Thea's eyes as she listened to him. She slapped a han to her forehead. OF COURSE Daichi wouldn't have a plan. OF COURSE he would just want to snatch it and run. It was a very..
Daichi plan.
'We can't just snatch it and run!' Thea tried to sound stern, but she snorted slightly and laughed.
'At least one of us would end up tripping and face planting.. and possibly crushing the duckie.' She added quietly, flashing Daichi a grin.
'You can carry it by the way. I'm not touching it..' Mr Duckles was her limit.
Pursing her lips together, she glanced at the other students on the corridor.
Smiling slightly, she bumped her hips against Daichi.
'But listen, Wonder Boy. We just need to be quiet. So no Daichi squealing when you get excited and/or scared.' Thea nodded.
'And that's all I got..' She shrugged. Thea hoped he hadn't expected anything else.. she had never stolen a duck before... *Shudder*
