She cocked her head when Ariella assumed that it was because of her studies that Kurumi was giving it up and, truth be told, that was the mask Kurumi wore to hide the real reason. It wasn't something she enjoyed talking about - minus Selina. Kurumi simply nodded her head.
If conversation was going to stay on Quidditch...maybe she would head back up to the dorms.
Ariella lifted her head up a bit, noticing the slight difference in the conversation. Almost an urge to change the subject.
"So did you have a good summer, Kurumi?" she asked. For Merlin's sake. Why in the world did she ask that question? Now, after answering, Kurumi would ask Ariella how
her summer was. And then the conversation would go downhill from there because of Ariella's out-of-whack family.
She wasn't an actress. But she needed to be. The last thing she wanted was for everybody to find out about her sister.
