Next Minerva got the bloodroot stems out and with her clean knife she cut the stems length wise and began to scrape out all fluid and fibrous material. Once it was all out Minerva began crushing with her clean mortar. Once it was in a paste Minerva added the paste to her cauldron. She then began stirring her potion clocking wise and then counterclockwise. The cauldron began to steam lightly so Minerva knew she was done smiling that she had just completed her first potion.
