Reaching his hand out to accept the gift, his expression one of eager curiosity, William let out a loud guffaw of laughter at the sight of three Nerf guns inside. Muggle toys AWWWWW YEAH what could be better?!
"Thank you so much, Gem--- er, Professor Cerulean," he looked up from the toys, a boyish grin consuming his entire face. "I will definitely swing by for a visit next time I'm in the castle." He nodded, already trying to think of a present to give to her in return.
Diverting his attention from her cute face, Willy set the gift bag just inside the door of the office and gave her a little wave. "Thanks for stopping by!" He hadn't been expecting the veteran professors to be so welcoming, but it was a nice surprise.
Watching his face as he opened the present and seeing his excitement, made her day. She liked when others appreciated the crazy Muggle gifts that she gave them. Her face beamed with excitement at his laugh...two points for Gemma...she would've done a little victory dance but decided that might make her look crazy...soooo...she stuck to doing the dance in her head...
She shook her head when he called her Professor Cerulean..."
O you can call me Gemma...no need for formalities..." she said scrunching up her eyebrows slightly.
Before she left she turned and winked at him, "
Well it sounds like a date and I look forward to it......don't be a stranger" she said clicking off towards the castle and wondering how long it would take for the handsome professor to come visit her end of the castle.
