Kurumi squinted a bit, trying to force her eyes to adjust more to the light. Merlin, maybe she really did need glasses. She had a pair for reading, but it seemed as though she was going to need to bring them to classes more often. What she had thought was a tree...was more a bush...much shorter...which made her even more embarrassed for her guess. Well, this wasn't awkward at all...mistaking a bush for a tree...

Kurumi began to inwardly panic about her Herbology OWL, and it sort of showed on her face.

But then, Professor Bentley moved the class along and Kurumi's hand went up immediately. "Fire seeds can be used to make incubators for eggs and small creatures that need to be kept warm. Dragon eggs, for example, require very hot temperatures and fire seeds are a good way to help maintain the required heat for the egg to hatch into a healthy baby dragon."
