Okay, so, she had nothing to do and was simply wandering about. He understood that. There was no problem with doing so. "You hate the library?" His head was tilted to the other side now, and his textbook entirely forgotten. She wasn't afraid of books or anything of the like, right? If so, he'll probably leave sooner than expected and leave the stargazing for another day. Or night, actually.
Heeey, Aurora was a pretty name. Only he didn't mention it. "Nice to meet you." He nodded, with a smile.
"Yeah, he is." Aurora agreed.
"Clumsy though." she added, grinning slightly. Poor Professor Roslund, it was embarrassing to fall in front of lots of people like that... she hoped he was okay. He would be, Professor Schirmer was there, she'd have looked after him.
Urgh... the library.
"Yeah... it's... too quiet." she said, glancing at the floor slightly.
"And um... I don't like reading... I'm dyslexic." Eurgh, and it was a weird thing to have. Especially somewhere like this where everyone seemed so clever. Not that it mattered - she just had to do extra studying... and hope that the words didn't start swimming around on the page. She didn't mind instructions... at least they were worded simply and arranged logically. It was when she had to contend with long passages of text that all the letters started dancing and moving around. She shifted uncomfortably and played with the ends of her hair.
"I don't really talk about it much - just try and avoid reading." she added.
"And you." she replied. Yup, gotta be polite to the Head Boy, right? Right. Only she wished she hadn't mentioned the dyslexia... she'd just felt the need to explain her aversion to the Library.
"So, I guess you like Astronomy then?" Because she wasn't the only one far away from her common room...
