Conrad walked into the boy's dorms and found the one that had his trunk at the end of it. Seeing that there were already a couple other boys in the room, Conrad mumbled a quick, "Hello".

He sat down on the green comforter and admired the dark wood posts that rose up to meet the canopy of green curtains. Figuring he should probably be a bit more friendly to the people he was going to be living with, he decided to elaborate. "My name's Conrad," he added with a small, nervous smile.
