Presley was glad that Bentley seemed pleased to see her. She knew that Bentley had said she could visit anytime, but it was nice to know she wasn't annoying her yet. Holidays? Presley still had mixed feelings about that whole situation. Most of them good. "I had a wonderful time," she gushed. "Did you know Elliot Morganzo came with me to Egypt? And Luna came with me to Greece, which was a spur-of-the-moment trip last week, but I loved it. And my cousins in Washington have so much fun," Presley babbled on about all of her wonderful vacations, but froze instatnly when she proccessed the rest of the question. Her father.

"Well, I tried," she said honestly. And she had. "He got pretty upset because, you see, He wanted me to skip my third year. I talked to the Headmaster about it, and he thought it was a smarter idea if I didn't, since it's my first year of electives. He told me to talk to him again at the end of this year about skipping fourth. My father was kind of mad about that." Unable to remember if she'd told Bentley about that, Presley related the entire story.

"He says if I'm going to be a Ravenclaw, I might as well be smart." Presley blinked her eyes furiously. She didn't come in here expecting to cry, and she wasn't going to let it happen. As her first day back at Hogwarts, she was delightfully happy today, no matter what.

She pasted a smile back on and shrugged her shoulders. "I was on vacation for most of the summer, so I didn't have to see him much. Really, I just stayed with Leo when I was home." Sort of. Leo lived in London, and her father in Geneva, but what was distance really, if you had floo powder and apparition? "That's enough about me, how were your holidays, professor?
