NOT expecting it to be a staff member this time, Medea opened the door, a knowing smile on her face as her gaze settled on the girl. "Hello." she greeted, her heavy accent still showing considerably, already slightly moving out of the way so the student was able to walk into her office if she so pleased. "Vould you like to come in?"
Kurumi sort of froze when the professor peeked out from her office and addressed her, but not because she found the woman intimidating or frightening. No, there was nothing wrong with HER...but her speech sent a cold chill down the Gryffindor's spine. It was...similar to the way that THAT man spoke. Really though, Kurumi couldn't say anything since she too had a small hint of an accent due to her upbringing in Japan. Eyes wide, but expression neutral, Kurumi nodded her head like one of those bobble head toys on the dashboard to a car.
"
Kurumi Hollingberry, professor," she said, perhaps a little too formally. "
I...was hoping to discus a few things with you regarding Defense Against the Dark Arts." And to see if you really existed or not.
