Meh. Ellie must really, really like those ducks. Because she was sure paying a lot of attention to them. Dallin sighed, watching her silently as she handed her half of the rest of her sandwich. And her quiet voice... that was kind of cute. She didn't want to scare that new duck away, probably.

Deciding to just play along, Dallin crouched down by her slowly and held out a piece of bread. "Duck," he called quietly, leaning forward a little and waving the bread, trying to get the duck's attention. "Duuuuck, come heeeere," There were a few other ones eating the bread... this one should be feeling left out by now. It should want to know what it was missing out on.
