Kinda felt awkward for taking a gift from a student, but if she learned anything from the feast, it was that they did like giving them. "Please. Come in." she said, moving aside to let the boy into her office.

"Oh but I wanted to." he said nodding slowly as he watched her take the Gummy Bears. He wasn't usually giving gifts to Professors but she was new and she needed to be welcomed. Yeah, that was always nice.

Not really registering the confusion the Professor had been experiencing August just smiled and entered through the door she held open for him.
