Personality
Tahnee is a girl with a large personality. She is very bubbly and prides herself on being outgoing, as she loves having tons of friends. Sometimes, though, that can work to her disadvantage. With her desire to make new friends, she can sometimes have trouble keeping her old friends close. She decided that when she came to Hogwarts she would work hard to make that problem go away. Tahnee is also very adventurous and spontaneous. If you are ever bored and looking for something to do, she is the person you come to for ideas. She loves having "adventures" with her friends and dreams of growing up and being a famous explorer! But that's probably just a phase, as she changes what she wants to be when she grows up basically every day.

It's Like You Read My Diary...
Tahnee grew up in South Kensington in London with her mother, father and brother. Her grandparents live in Edinburgh and she visits them every summer. Her brother graduated from Hogwarts last year, and she's been growing up waiting and waiting for her letter. When she was 8 years old, her mother and father divorced after a few rocky years. She and her brother stayed with her dad, and when she was nearly 10, her father married his girlfriend of two years, Jasmine. So far, the transition has been easy for Tahnee. She expected Jasmine to be like the evil stepmother from the Muggle storybook Cinderella, but she is actually quite nice and Tahnee likes her a lot. She still visits her mum every few months, but now that she is going to Hogwarts she is going to split her summers half and half between her dad and her mum.

She grew up loving books. Her dad would read her stories every night, enhancing her love for reading and the worlds she could explore through books. She grew up in a pretty affluent family, so she's never had to experience any of the problems money brings. She's been able to buy every book she ever wanted to buy, and she was extremely disappointed when she realized she couldn't bring them all with her to Hogwarts.

Tahnee's biggest passion is traveling. Although she's only 11, she adores travel, and everything about it. Packing her suitcases, reading guidebooks, being in hotels, and exploring the history of a foreign place. Her room at home is covered in a whirlwind mixture of modern and vintage travel posters, mainly to places she hasn't been... yet. The pale pink walls she helped her mother paint are nearly completely concealed by ticket stubs, brochures, and photographs. They're basically one giant scrapbook. When she goes to bed, she loves looking at her smiling and waving family members bidding her to go to sleep.
