Whitney let out a long sigh as she watched her daughter cry into her pillow. She rubbed Anum’s back and tried to think of the right words. Seeing her little girl like this was heart breaking. ”You’re going to be the most gorgeous girl at the Yule Ball and Conner will be head over heels for you. Don’t think anything otherwise.” Anum nodded and crawled into her mother’s arms.
