It was USUALLY pretty funny too. Except for that one time when he almost gave grandmother a heart attack when he set off fireworks in her kitchen.

The cat meowed at the boy. Taryn rolled her eyes at that cats eating turtles thing and shook her head, "Clara doesn't even catch mice or anything, I doubt she'll be eyeing Bruce as an afternoon snack." With that, she cuddled the cat in a hug and then kissed her head, before she let it go. Clara jumped off of Taryn's lap and settled into the small space beside her and the wall, pushing on Taryn's legs.

The girl ignored the cat and it's burrowing into the corner but scooted over in Auggie's direction just a little. "Sorry. She's weird. She does that a lot." Errr.. anyway.

"I hope he'll be okay in there." She was a little sad that Bruce hadn't been up for visiting. But at least he was still alive, right?

Oh... the socks. Taryn smiled and nodded immediately. "Of course I did." Nod. Nod. "They're in my trunk." In the bottom of her trunk, hiding like Bruce.

She just reminded herself that it was the thought that counted. Yes.

"Oh wow, well at least they are beginning to be more accepting." he nodded. He wasn't sure whether or not it was something worth asking or not but it was still sort of bothering him since last term when Eino treated him all weird. "Taryn, is it normal for wizards to be more accepting of Muggleborns these days?" He asked her quietly pulling at a thread on the chair's upholstery thinking again of the letter from Tori's father they read in the diner, how he mentioned Paulie's blood status.

The Gryffindor allowed for a quick peek at the sleepy cat and then looked back at his girlfriend with a grin of excitment. So she HAD brought them. She could be wearing them but he would accept bringing them as ok. "Oh good, I knew they would be perfect for you!" he had a Gryffindor pair.

Yep.
