After a tearful good-bye to her parents, Jessie followed her brother through the station and to Platform 9 3/4. She knew how to get on the platform, of course, Ben had told her before. But running at a solid brick wall didn't seem like a good idea to her. What if she didn't make it through because she wasn't really a witch? She would end up with a terrible headache! She took a deep breath. She was a witch, and she had a wand to prove it. Grabbing Ben's hand, they both took off at a run at the wall.
