It was another day in Diagon Alley. I finally met up with Hailey there after convincing her to get some sunlight. Even though vampires don’t like sunlight. But when she saw me, it was as if she hadn’t seen me in years. Besides, I didn’t really know girls could scream that loud.

Okay, so maybe I do. Considering Arianna is always yelling out her window to her best friend who just had to live next door.
I asked mom and dad if we could move. Arianna barged in, sobbing, about how we can’t because her best friend lived next door and she wouldn’t see her again. Here’s a thought. Why doesn’t she just walk outside to the house next to us? Or use a phone to call and chat? No, she HAS to yell out the window when they’re talking.
I’m about to move with Hailey if this keeps up.

So back to Diagon Alley.

Today I also found out that I’m Hailey personal bank. I seriously need to talk to her parents about giving her pocket money. Just because my dad is a journalist for The Dailey Prophet and mom was born from a wealthy family, who gets trust funds and has a pretty good job as a pastry maker, DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE RICH.


Okay, slightly. But still.

Hailey then dragged me to the ink shop, where she almost blinded me with some bright pink ink. I told her it matched her cheeks. Which it does! Her cheeks are rosy, which is one of the reasons I prefer calling her Rose. Besides her actual name being all weird. Oh, the Scottish. But I picked up a teal colored ink and almost let it slip out that I have a sister.

Yes. You may call me a bad best friend for never telling Hailey about Arianna. But she’s been over many times and never noticed any of her stuff before? She probably thought it was my entire mom’s.

So I lied and said it was for my sick cousin, though Hailey obviously didn’t believe it.
I think I’ll finally tell her sometime this year. Why did Arianna have to be over at her crazy best friend’s house, who’s name I never catch but I think it’s Anne or something like that, house whenever the vampire comes over? Seriously, I’m going to blame it all on her if Hailey finds out the wrong way. Then again, I’m going to be blame as usual.

..but she can’t be mad forever unless she wants to fail all her classes. I think I might be up to something here.
