"Father..." Kurumi said is a muffled tone. Her face WAS smashed against the tan fabric of the man's coat. "Don't you think you are being a little...unreasonable? Jonathan is my boy---"

"DO.NOT.SAY.THAT.WORD!" Charles wailed as he hugged his little cookie princess tighter. The B word...it was like the worst word in the English language that his little girl could possibly say. Saying it in Japanese only made it worse and it then became the worst K word ever.

Laughing a bit, Kurumi pushed off her father and stood on her tip toes to give him a quick kiss on the cheek. "It'll be fine. I'll see you at Christmas."

Charles stood there dumbfounded as he watched his little girl walk off. Only...she wasn't so little anymore and she seemed to be slipping through his fingers all the time now. "MAYBE SOONER!" he shouted. Especially if a few things worked out.

Waving to her father once more, Kurumi was just about to walk through the barrier when she found herself walking past a slightly trembling young girl. Walking just a bit closer, Kurumi made sure that she wasn't coming up from behind the poor thing, and stood by her side. "First time getting on the platform?" she asked in a soft whisper.
Jezzabelle wasn't sure how much longer she could wait before she'd actually have to go on her own. She didn't want to though. What if something horrible happened and she couldn't get on to the platform nine and three quarters? How would she get to the school then? Would her parents care enough to actually see her off next time if she missed the train this time?

Looking out of her peripherals she spied an older girl coming up and stopping beside her. She spoke softly, inquiring if it was her first time getting on the platform. "Yes, it is," Jezzabelle said just as softly still staring at the wall between platforms nine and ten. What if she didn't make it all the way through in time and she got trapped between the walls? She had never been so nervous in all her life.
