What had he done!? How could he have said that!? Right. Well now she probably thought of him as some freak who couldn't move on. Yeah, she always looked lovely, but he couldn't say that anymore! He wasn't her boyfriend! She'd think he was weird! Why did he have to mess everything up? Why couldn't he just be normal for once!?

"I mean... erm... that's a nasty bruise.... but Mrs. Skylar used to be an Auror, right? She should be able to fix it right up." He was such an idiot. Who was also bad at talking to girls. And all people in general. How in the world had he gotten Violet in the first place? Running his hand through his hair, he muttered how much of an idiot he was, not really aware that Violet could totally hear him.

Violet was about to be on the verge of tears until he spoke to her and what seemed to be an apology. And also an attempt to calm her down. Violet was getting ready to turn back around until he said....He said she was beautiful. And Violet's body immediately froze and tensed up. How long had it been since he had ever said a comment like that before? She had no idea but....she hadn't minded. Not in the slightest, but of course she couldn't let him know that...at least not right now. They were just starting to patch things up.

But Violet couldn't help but smile while her back was to him after he had said it. She waited a couple of seconds after he finished what he was saying about going to see Mrs. Skylar she then turned around nodding her head in agreement,"Yes...you're right..I'm sure she could fix this right up..." Violet then turned to go and head back towards the house to get her bruise taken care of, but something stopped her. She could have sworn she could him mutter something right before she was to leave and she asked lightly,"Sorry? I didn't catch that.."
