 Muggle Studies Announcements, Praises, and Brags...oh my!

Between the entrance to the Muggle Studies Classroom and the entrance to Professor Cerulean’s Office, there is a bulletin board that is updated with announcements and notices for the class on a weekly basis. New announcements have been charmed to be the largest on the board with the older announcements shrinking in size as they become older. New announcements are also charmed to write across the board as you read them in Professor Cerulean’s handwriting.
