Destiny didn't mean to scare Mia, she really didn't. She thought she was being loud enough where anyone within a hundred feet of her could hear her coming. Hehe. Destiny was trying to get a look at her ring. Mia was happy to oblige her friend, so she lifted her hand up so that the Slytherin could get a better look at it. Yeah check that out. Her husband had awesome taste when it came to jewellery.
Mia was oblivious to the fact that she had not told Destiny about her marriage to Nik, so her friend's question had her totally baffled. That wasn't uncommon when she got together with her friend.

Why did her friends have to be so cryptic all the time? Was it a Slytherin thing or what?
