Although, Borr can tamper his memories if they asked him to give it to them. They needed to take it out by force.

The interrupting voice made Dean looked at the talking man. He nodded. The man had a good point there. Too bad for him and lucky for Borr. Borr won't be hard to interrogate. As long as his ego can easily be bended. But with Emily around, it won't be easy for the giant gumball to hold any informations for long. The YATI had her temper, all right.

He checked the pocket of the inner side of the coat. He was sure he had brought Veritaserum along. He always brought at least two, just in case. As he found a tiny vial with tiny label of "Veritaserum" and handed it to the man who spoke earlier. "Here," he smiled before glaring at Borr. "I won't leave just yet though. Need to search for evidences if Martel was ever here. Might even find clues of his whereabouts too, you know," said the patrol officer as he began checking the offices briefly for them.

"Nothing of D'Isigny here," sighed Dean, heading towards the door where the superiors are. He overheard Dorian's saying to Wes. The man had it right there. "I think he already escaped. They might leave Borr just so we'd waste our time on him," sneaky indeed, and obvious too. He looked at the three senior MLE'ers waiting for their commands. Checking Sakura's office could be pointless too. He wasn't stupid unlike the man being tied up in his own office. Maybe duct taping Borr was a good idea after all.
"Thank-you," Skander said as he took the vial from the other man. This would be a sure-fire-way to get Borr to answer any questions that they may have for him. If threatening him with his own stick and their wands failed of course.

"D'Isigny isn't here, and if you think Borr knows or cares, you seriously underestimate his ego and overestimate his intelligence. I suggest we lock down the first floor since it has been searched, move Borr as instructed, and keep looking."
"He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you," Skander quoted Nietzche in reply to Cade's statement about not becoming monsters like Borr.

"You are wrong though. About the great differences between them and us. For the righteous can only be so when there is evil to fight and even the evil were righteous once. The only real difference is the side with which we place our allegiance and some of the methods we may use to get that which we desire. For each side believes that what they are doing is for the good of the many. And in this case I do believe the orders were any means necessary. However, beating him with his own stick would bring me great satisfaction I believe in most cases simply threatening to do things is enough to make people give you the answers you want. And if not...well that's what the Veritiserum is for. Also underestimating what Borr may or may not know will do no-one any favours. You should not assume that he knows nothing just because it is clear to everyone that he is merely a puppet. For the puppet may learn much from the puppeteer, more than even the puppeteer may realize has been given. So yes it is a longshot that he knows anything about the whereabouts of D'Isigny but to underestimate him could lead to the missions downfall if there is even a chance that interrogating him will give us valuable information that we may not already have." Skander, said, speaking directly to Cade and Emily while handing the stick over to Roxi.
