Before he could stop himself, Jai placed down the dish and said,"I like you Kita." as he stood in front of her, with his now sweating hands in his pockets and a very nervous expression. Kita smiled as she took another bite of the cake. Pity it wasn't a humongous cake. But... there were more right? And there were so many other things she really wanted to try! Proof taste tester? Like... those people who tried out food? "Oh, I'd love to!" As long as she didn't become too big, she didn't mind.
Kita smiled as she watched Jai take a bite of the cupcake. "White chocolate coconut puff? Which one's that?" 'Cause, you know, it sounded really really tasty. All cute and small. "Oh, you read my mind," she said, looking up at the boy again, "I'll share them with you so you can see how great your food is." He really should know.

Wait.... WHAT?! Kita blushed deeply and turned to look at him, completely forgetting about the food. Had he just... did he really say that? About HER?! He seemed nervous... so it must be true. But it can't be! This was the same Jai that had come up to her asking for advice about Caroline and now...
"Merlin... i..." Okay, this was bad. SAY SOMETHING! She could feel her heart thumping really really loudly so she smiled nervously up at the boy, slightly confused about how she should say what she needed to say. "I, er, i like you too Jai." And... not in a 'just friends' way. Blush blush BLUSH!
