Helena looked away from Roxi when she heard someone else call her name. Seeing that it was Gavin, she smiled warmly and waved a little. "Hello, Gavin." Had Ryan spoken to him about the news? Helena's recent weight gain was beginning to become obvious... Gavin couldn't help but overhear the conversation, absently nodding at Helena's words when talking about Borr. Practical advice for anyone in the Ministry...for anyone PERIOD. And with her introduction to the other employee as well as her turning towards him his assumption was correct on her identity causing him to smile. He debated about introducing himself to the younger woman...a Miss Carter...which reminded him of Ryan's nephew coincidentally, but they hadn't readily acknowledged each other so he simply let it be making his full attention on the ministry adviser.
"Hello. Nice to see you again," he said returning the greeting properly since his questioning one hardly fit that description. "I trust Ryan isn't being too much of a pain," he added with a friendly teasing, tilting his head slightly as he finally got a better look at the woman. Something seemed different but he couldn't place it at first.
