Warner Bros released a new two-page banner in Variety to promote
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 for awards consideration for the 2011-2012 season, and featured a shot of Hagrid carrying a supposedly dead Harry from the Forbidden Forest to Hogwarts. Among those listed as considerations are producers David Heyman, David Barron, and J.K. Rowling for best picture; David Yates for best director; Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint for best actors; Emma Watson for best actress; Alan Rickman and Ralph Fiennes for best supporting actor; Steven Kloves for best adapted screenplay; Helena Bonham Carter and Dame Maggie Smith as best supporting actress; Eduardo Serra for best cinematography; and Alexandre Desplat for best original score.
