Hiss!Roar!Growl!Caw! | Hermione's Double | The Little Three | Alecate “Dear Anonymous” A Poem for the Woman I Don’t Want to Know
By: Sierra H. Greingoth
Do you realize that I hate you?
That I don’t want to know your name?
Do you realize that you scarred her,
And things won’t ever be the same?
Do you realize that what I want from her
Is something she’ll never seek to be?
Do you realize it’s because of your selfishness?
Can’t you tell this? Can’t you see?
I’m a little girl without a mother,
And she’s a woman who wants no child.
She’s lost to the gift she’s so good at
Thanks to the motherhood that you styled.
When she was a girl, you stole from her,
And you put a marking on her heart.
Now we’re paying the price you made for us
In a relationship that will never start.
Do you realize your poison leaked onto me?
And that I’ll suffer from it, as well?
Do you realize that you hurt my “mother”?
Can’t you see this? Can’t you tell?
