Jack gave Amy a look. Nothing's wrong? What, was she just peeling onions then? Right. He laughed, sniffing himself. He smelled a bit cookie-ish. He had no idea why. Maybe it was his natural scent? To be honest, he didn't smell himself much, so wasn't too sure if this was the norm for him.
"Thanks," he grinned, "so do you." He said, sniffing her hair. Actually, it didn't smell bad. Better than bad, it smelled good. Nice even. He liked the smell. His face then became solemn. "Amy, I know only too well there's something wrong. I mean if you don't want to talk about it's okay..." He said, though he knew if he had someone to talk to when his Mam was so rotten to him at home, he'd have much happier Summers.
