Well Gavin had offered to help and Miss Nightingale had sure put him to work, the man having vanished outside the department while she got settled in her office and the rest filed into the conference room. It took him some time but he managed to put together a variety of items, making sure not to duplicate what the woman had already mentioned she had brought in.
Coming back to Level 3 and the conference room, the reminiscator had two trays, each floating to make it easier to manuver through doors, especially the last remaining one allowing him access into said conference room. On one tray was three hot carafes filled with hot water, regular and decaf coffees and well as cups and everything you might need for the perfect cup. On the other was an assortment of rolls and bagels, fruits and veggie pieces. Gavin had tried his best to get a variety of items even the chosest person could want and slipped into the room as descretly as he could while introductions were being made, finally depositing both on the center of the conference table for all to reach.
