i went to their website and they have an announcement there too. in it they said they partnered with a digital agency called TH_NK (who i'm guessing digitized their illustrations, made them move and so on) so major kudos to these two companies.

now as for those who hosts Pottermore, meaning the guys that owns the servers where Pottermore runs on and whichever company that provides the bandwidth to the site-- they need a LOT of work seriously, Purple Screen of Death wasnt even a term before Pottermore started.
