They couldn't just stand there and do nothing. The dragon was going to keep stomping around freezing everything.
Wait...what IF he didn't breathe fire but ice. Icy breath that froze whatever it touched! Did that mean that they would all freeze into statutes or something? Did that mean she would be a block of ice when there was homework still to do?!
Kurumi whipped out her wand and ran over to the first year, showing her true Gryffindor colors by standing in front of the younger student. She looked over and saw Mia and Destiny, two girls that she hadn't really spoken to much, but who she knew from classes.
"Mia, Destiny," she called out waving her wand. "We need to do something." Of course, there was sure to be ways that the first year could help to, but there was no telling what this snow dragon thing of DOOM was capable of.
First things first, they had to immobilize it. "In-CAR-ser-us!" she shouted as robes shot from her wand and attempted to tangle itself around the beasts front legs. It was worth a try, right?
She heard another voice just then, one belonging to TJ, and her head snapped back around. "Um...a snow dragon decided it fancied smelling some flowers?" Bad joke...and not the time to be joking.

This was not going to fly with her. Not at all.
Arriving at greenhouse three, Seren noted that the door was open... this was never a good sign. Storming in, because heck if there was something going down in her greenhouses she wasn't about to take her time getting there, she caught sight of a bunch of girls.
"What in the name of bouncing blueberries is going on here?!" she asked, waving her hands in the air like a slightly deranged woman.
But then she suddenly felt rather at ease, in her own greenhouse... this was bad.
Blinking a few times to clear her head, she suddenly saw the large form of a ... was that a DRAGON?! ... in front of her.
"Ughh... uuhh???" This was something different.
The large white dragon was the one wreaking havoc in her greenhouse? This wasn't all too surprising. It was Hogwarts after all. Seren was just thankful it wasn't a real dragon... this one was most definitely made of snow.
"Ok, which one of you did this?" she asked sternly, hands on hips. Out of the corner of her eyes, she saw two girls laying on the floor.. clearly making friends with the Venomous Tentacular.
"Are you two respinsible for this?" she asked, glancing from Mia to Destiny and to the dragon.
Whipping out her wand, she approached the girls and severed the vines from their legs. "Up, both of you... now explain yourselves."
And all of a sudden it was utter chaos. Mia was just getting used to a snow dragon being in the greenhouse and trying to figure out how she and Destiny were going to get out of this one when all of a sudden half of Hogwarts was in the greenhouse.
Okay slight exaggeration but it felt like it.
She looked up hearing her name being spoken and she blinked a couple of times at the Gryffindor Prefect.
"What would you like us to do?" Could the girl not see that she and Destiny were somewhat pre-occupied at the moment. Or could she not see
THAT A MAN EATING PLANT WAS TRYING TO MAKE THEM ITS DINNER! "You're a Prefect, you do something." She was just a mere Huffie who was trying to get through her seventh year at Hogwarts unscathed. If she was brave, she would have been a Gryffindor, now wouldn't she?
And then things just got worse.
Bentley arrived.
And boy did that woman go nuts when her plants were in danger. Mia had always thought she was a quiet and kind woman. Not anymore. The woman had a crazed look about her and...
WHAAAAAAAAAT????
The Professor thought they had something to do with the snow dragon? Had the woman never seen Mia try and perform magic? If she did then she would never have asked that question.
And oh Merlin! She was going to hex them. Mia flinched when Bentley took out her wand and started towards them. But she was just severing the vines and she immediately jumped to her feet.
Explain themselves?
Mia thought it was pretty obvious but okay.
"We didn't have anything to do with that - that...dragon thingy." Again the woman had obviously never seen Mia do magic.
"Why don't you ask them?" she said pointing to the students milling around.
"It was just Destiny and me in the greenhouse and then the snow dragon appeared and then all of a sudden they showed up."
So there!
She may be a Huffie but she wasn't above passing the buck.
