He nodded. "Yes, I'm sure we could find other interesting choices." he said setting the slippers back down and looking around. "I just need to find things that would make good..." he lowered his voice, "portkeys."

Ehh... it wasn't like his job was any kind of secret.

"Yes. I know. I still plan on convincing you of the wonders of snacking one day..." he said with a chuckle. "One day you might kind that I've broken into your department and stashed the largest bag of potato chips and the largest chocolate bar I can find in your desk." Of course, that was highly unlikely. You didn't just walk into the Department of Mysteries.

"And you look absolutely perfect." he said giving her a kiss. "But you know I'd love you no matter what you looked like." If she decided one day that she'd live on nothing but ice cream he'd still love her. ~~And possibly join her.~~

Then, out of the corner of his eye he noticed a bejeweled hairbrush. Shiny. Perhaps that would make a good portkey?
