Even without coffee, Katherine had entered the ministry quite enthused that morning. It was the apparition testing that day, which got her excited, of course. Even if it was those from level two who were being re-tested. And even if none of them looked terribly happy to be there.
And was it just her or had Isobel given Armen a look of disgust? Weren't the two dating? Or had something happened?
No matter though, it was testing day! And testing days were good days! She got to watch others apparate and didn't have much paperwork to do until the FOLLOWING day and generally got to leave early on testing days. "Good morning!" Kat said politely, with a nod, to Katrina, her boss, and the others nearby.
