Letting out a frustrated breath, Sabel shook his head, turning away from the other boy. He didn't deserve his anger, but it was really hard to keep it contained. "Apparently saying even a peep was too much. Warning her that her life might be in danger because of me is too much."
He made an attempt to lower his voice to a calmer state, but the truth was that it was wracked with emotion. This whole thing, this whole mess had been born out of good intentions, and he didn't know how he could fix it.
