HOW could Sabel do this? Legend paced back and forth in front of the phone booth. He didn't even know if he was going to see Sabel, he just HAD to calm down before he returned back into the office. He supposed it was habit, to go to the phone booth to head down into the ministry. Habit to walk this strip every day. Only now did he realize how he had taken it for granted. Only now when he found himself standing across the street from the phone booth, suddenly remembering that he couldn't go into work. That he wasn't allowed back into that office.
It defintely wasn't an easy concept to grasp, especially not when he noticed Legend in front of the booth, pacing back and forth like a pitbull. Something was definitely wrong. But he never considered that the anger was directed at him as he made his way across the street and towards his friend.
