Kyle smiled. "But the occasional field trip seems to spark my interest. Never too old for field trips, in my opinion!"
Sigrid raised her eyebrows, "Maybe we'll be taken off of the Ministry premises as a group in order to get some work done outdoors." That would be nice. Not that Sigrid would be confined to the office the entire time, but still, it would certainly be different from going out on her own or with one other co-worker.

But of course both the Muggle and Magical community share the same air - so mirroring what the muggles were doing would surely be important in protecting the environment.
She nodded in agreement. "Agreed. And of the dangers it poses to human beings if not treated with respect and given it's space." Sigrid, as well as her family, knew a lot about the environment, however there were others who were not as educated. That would be a challenge indeed...to inform everyone, but Sigrid liked a challenge.

"It's a pleasure to meet you...you also have a nice name...but if you insist that I'll call you by your surname, it's fine by me." she said as politely as possible. "Environmental permissions, I see. I'm a ranger. A junior ranger."
"Oh...thank you." Sigrid said as she smiled a little bit. " I always thought it sounded like an, erm, old name." She chuckled a little. Of course her name was 'old' sounding. It's origin was very old. Her parents both knew that...it was a reason why they had chosen it for their daughter.
"A junior ranger?" That sounded interesting. "Are there many other rangers...aside from yourself?" Time to get some info of the number of employees per division.
