“What’s that horrible noise?!” Remus shouted at Peter who shrugged, hands over his ears. They were in the Common Room and all they could hear was a loud, dreadful sounds.

James smirked, surprisingly relaxed considering the loud noise that had everyone annoyed. “Sirius would be insulted to hear that you are all criticising his singing.”

Lily, who was sitting nearby, raised an eyebrow. “Sirius sings that bad? It’s more like... yodelling!”

“I’m insulted that you feel that way Lilykins.” Sirius said, entering the room with a flourish.

“With a voice like that, you deserve the insults,” Lily said, accepting the high-five Remus held out for her.
