Adjusting her scarf around her neck, Kurumi clutched her textbooks close to her chest as she made her way in the general direction of the lake. Kurumi wasn't entirely sure that she was buying this whole divination through the flight of birds, but homework was homework and, if nothing else, it was an excuse to get out of the castle and into the crisp autumn-turning-into-winter air.
As she walked, not really paying all that much attention to anything when she heard some sort of noise - perhaps one that indicated struggle, her head snapped up and she thought that she saw something...or someone out of the corner of her eye...which was odd considering that she thought she was alone.
"I-I-I-Is someone there?"
